These terms apply whenever you use the Magnificent Managers or SDI coach, or the programme portal. They sit alongside the contract your organisation has with Different Dynamics, and our privacy statement.
The coach draws on the Different Dynamics programmes to help you reflect on management and working relationships. It is not legal, HR, medical, financial or any other professional advice, and it does not know the full facts of your situation. It can be wrong.
You stay responsible for your own decisions and actions, and for checking anything important with the right person in your organisation, such as your manager or HR. If a situation involves someone's safety, wellbeing, a legal or disciplinary matter, or a formal process, speak to a qualified person rather than relying on the coach.
What you type is used to produce the coach's reply and is kept in your own browser so the coach can remember your situation. Our servers keep only counts of usage. Your employer never sees what you ask.
If the coach decides a question needs a person, that question and up to three messages before it are shared with Different Dynamics so a facilitator can follow up. By signing in you agree to this. It is the only time anyone at Different Dynamics sees your words.
Answers are generated by a closed, commercial AI model from Anthropic. It has no internet access here, it is limited to Different Dynamics material, and the terms we use it under do not allow your conversations to be used to train it.
We work hard to keep the coach accurate, available and safe, but we provide it as a support to your learning, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Different Dynamics is not liable for decisions or actions you take based on the coach's guidance, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the platform develops, and will show the date of the latest version here. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
